NARNIA - "Course Of A Generation" - Biography 2009

Narnia was formed in 1996 by Christian Rivel & Carl Johan Grimmark and has since then released five studio albums, one compilation 2CD and one live concert DVD. After a few line-up changes the band now stands on its most solid foundation ever. After years of touring the band has grown to be a fine live-act that always delivers. Joy, spirit, skill and tons of energy will always be present at a concert with Narnia. They have played concerts and done promotion in many countries such as Japan, Switzerland, Germany, Finland, Faroe Islands, Norway, England, Netherlands, Mexico & Sweden and toured and played with big international bands like DIO, Stratovarius, Children of Bodom, Judas Priest, Europe, and many more. In 2008 Narnia parted ways with singer Christian Liljegren. In August of the same year Germán Pascual entered as the new voice of the band. The new album "Course Of A Generation" will now be released on July 24th, 2009 and it will showcase a big step of development for the band’s sound. Touring will follow in the second half of 2009. The members of Narnia have also been active in different bands, on records or on tour around the world, such as with Rob Rock, DivineFire, Stormwind, E-type, Planet Alliance, Saviour Machine, Minds Eye and many more.
